Since 1995, Serrano El Dorado Owners' Association has had the responsibility of carrying out the vision of Serrano project developer, Bill Parker, by maintaining the quality of the outstanding community he created. When Serrano members chose this community for their home, they made that decision in-part because of the beauty of the community established by the quality of the improvements. The Association's role is to maintain Serrano at the same level of quality as to when residents first purchased.
Approximately 17 miles of improved and marked hiking and bicycling trails wind through open space and restored wetlands in Serrano. More than 50,000 native trees were planted to compliment the magnificent and mature Heritage Oaks that have been preserved. Click here to view the Serrano trail map.
