Important Notice of Bank Change
Serrano El Dorado Owners’ Association has changed its bank services provider. Please see below what that means for you.
1. Those Who Use the Association’s Auto-Pay: If you currently have your assessments deducted by the Association using the Association’s Automatic Assessment Payment program, you don’t need to do anything. The Association will make the necessary change and your automatic deduction will transfer to Serrano’s account at US Bank instead of the old bank, automatically.
2. Those Who Mail in Their Assessment Payment: If you mail in your payment quarterly, make sure you include with your check one of the 2010 payment coupons. Use the new return mailing envelopes provided by us with these coupons. Please throw away any leftover envelopes from the 2009 coupons as they have the old address. In the memo portion of your check, write your new account number. Please note that you have been assigned a new account number and it can be found on your coupon.
3. Those Who Use Their Own “Bill-Pay”: If you use your own bill-pay service to pay your quarterly assessment, be sure to provide them: (1) the new mailing address found on the enclosed coupons; (2) your new account number, also found on your payment coupons. Failure to provide this information with your payment could result in your payment being misapplied or late fees being incurred!

Since 1995, Serrano El Dorado Owners' Association has had the responsibility of carrying out the vision of Serrano project developer, Bill Parker, by maintaining the quality of the outstanding community he created. When Serrano members chose this community for their home, they made that decision in-part because of the beauty of the community established by the quality of the improvements. The Association's role is to maintain Serrano at the same level of quality as to when residents first purchased.

"Guided by the Association Board of Directors and the Community's Governing Documents, we will serve our members by keeping their community an exceptional place to live and own property, through our quality maintenance of the common grounds, fair and consistent application of the community standards, and courteous, professional communications."
-Serrano El Dorado Owners' Association Vision Statement

Approximately 17 miles of improved and marked hiking and bicycling trails wind through open space and restored wetlands in Serrano. More than 50,000 native trees were planted to compliment the magnificent and mature Heritage Oaks that have been preserved.
